Geo-Environmentals Corporate and Social Responsibility (CSR) strategy.
Geo Environmental places great importance in Corporate Social Responsibility as a means of keeping the best interests of wider society in focus. This ethos runs right through our working practice, be this from ensuring that we provide the best advice practicably possible to ensure safe development to helping to minimise environmental risks. It also extends to how we treat our staff, suppliers and clients, as well as our relationships with local communities.
To achieve improvements in our CSR, we are;
- Encouraging our business partners to strive for matching performance
- Acting in a socially responsible way
- Continually improving our performance and meeting all relevant legislation and
- Encouraging our staff to be mindful of the effect of their actions on any natural resource.
These aims will help us become responsible and be an exemplar of good practice.
Our continued work with suppliers promotes an increase in environmentally friendly products for our clients. In doing so, a reduction in packaging waste and excess transit costs and emissions can be implemented, along with schemes such as take-back, recover, re-use and recycling of products wherever possible.
