The Environmental Industries Commission (EIC) exists to ensure that the UK business environment sector can operate effectively to improve the environment that we all rely on and enjoy as citizens.

“The first EIC water group meeting of 2020 was very interesting.  Excellent speeches from the Environment Agency on the River Thames Scheme and the National Infrastructure Commission, as well as an in depth political analysis from the ACE’s Julian Francis.   I thought that the change in emphasis from flood protection to flood resilience was very interesting and if we as an industry get it right, could do a lot for climate change mitigation as a whole.  What seems to differentiate this Conservative Government with its predecessors is that it seems to be more willing to invest in public services and infrastructure.  A hopeful start to the year.” Mike Brown, Geo-Environmental Commercial Director.
